This page lists subprocessors engaged by PiHub Systems to deliver MyQueue. It is intended for vendor questionnaires and customer transparency.

Primary territory: India (services may use infrastructure in other regions depending on vendor configuration).

Notes for customer questionnaires
- Processor location: India-focused; subprocessors may be US/EU/incorporated globally — review DPA and standard contractual or statutory provisions with counsel.
- Encryption: HTTPS in transit; industry-standard controls at Firebase/Vercel layers — confirm latest SOC reports from vendors when responding to enterprise RFPs.
- AI: MyQueue MVP described here does not require subprocessors solely for training consumer-facing AI models on queue content; update if that changes.
