Subprocessors — MyQueue

PiHub Systems uses the following subprocessors to deliver MyQueue. This list is for transparency and vendor security questionnaires.
Registered office: Mahavir Nagar, Pakri, Patna-800002, Bihar, India.
Primary territory: India (infrastructure may be located in other regions per vendor configuration).
Changes: Material updates will be communicated to business customers by email where practicable.

Notes for enterprise questionnaires
- Processor location: India-focused; vendors may be incorporated globally (US, EU, etc.).
- Encryption: HTTPS in transit; cloud provider controls at rest per Google/Vercel documentation.
- AI training: MyQueue does not use visitor queue content to train public AI models. Update this page if that changes.
- Children: Service is B2B; not directed at children as consumers.
